AUTOMATIC WRAPPING LINES FOR BUNDLES OF TUBES/ BARS/ PROFILES

Plastic film wrapping of round, square and hexagonal strapped bundles of long products, such as tubes, bars and profiles, both in-line and off-line.

The automatic wrapping systems consist of:

- Infeed and outfeed roll conveyor, fixed or height adjustable for integration with loading/unloading chains
- Automatic wrapping machine, with built-in rolls
- Manual/automatic bundle transport and wrapping
- Bundle transport chains for loading and unloading, fixed or retractable chains, to be integrated with roll conveyors and/or existing lines
- Integration of weighing and labelling stations
- Fencing, access doors with interlock, photoelectric barriers and CE certification
- Control panel with HMI
- Management software
